The association published a gallery of photographs from its 2025 annual

conference, held at the University of Glasgow from 5 to 7 August 2025.

The conference, on digital transformation and economic structural change, drew

more than 150 participants from China, the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, South

Korea and elsewhere, according to this post. The association's fuller conference

report of 19 August 2025 gives the figure as more than 200.

During the conference Shi Yukun of the University of Glasgow was elected the

association's 37th president, and the association conferred its fellowship for the

first time, electing 14 scholars to the inaugural cohort.

The association also opened a shared folder for delegates to download the

photographs and to contribute their own.
